our company was established by the founder, mr. chin ban chen, in 1953. at initial stage, we only impregnated one hand mould at one time to make natural rubber gloves by using artificial way of production. the glove models were made of curved timber (black-stone). because the palms of gloves did not have coarse particles, the surface of gloves did not have anti-slip effect.
the main customers were food factories in taiwan which made pineapple tins at that time so that workers must wear the rubber gloves to pare pineapples in order to protect both hands. besides, gloves also provided for many types of businesses.
in 1960, our company succeeded in developing aluminum glove model so the palms of gloves had particles on it. due to this crucial innovation, gloves started to have anti-slip effect. this key improvement were deep appreciated by the users and got a lot of favorable comments.
at the same time, our production lines were changed from manual to automatic machinery, leading to higher productivity efficiently.
after 1960, industries in taiwan had raised gradually, every kind of industries was rising as well. our company produced various rubber gloves at that time and supplied to a variety of businesses, such as electroplating industry, construction, electron industry, chemical industry, shutting the board industry, food industry etc.
in 1966, we researched and developed plastic gloves (p.v.c.) successfully and used them in special oil and solvent working.
2008 was the 55th anniversary of our company. along with the science and technology development, we innovate and sharpen our professional skills, developing various types of latex products for meeting the needs of different industries. besides, all of our production lines were automatic.
